Job Description

• Recruitment & Team Building: Attract, onboard, and grow a motivated Brand Officer team.
• Training & Development: Conduct training to enhance sales and product knowledge.
• Leadership & Support: Mentor and guide the team to achieve goals.
• Sales Strategy: Implement and monitor sales & marketing strategies.
• Lead Generation: Support social media marketing for quality leads.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze and report team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in leadership role.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Age: Maximum 35 years old.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.
• Must have own Laptop/PC.
