Responsibilities

• Handle a minimum of 3 company accounts with full set account knowledge and consolidation report experience
• Prepare and review complex financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, maintaining accurate financial records and accounts
• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance
• Provide support and guidance to junior finance team members, promoting continuous learning and development
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure financial systems and processes are operating effectively
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and auditors

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance executive or assistant manager role in the banking and finance industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration
• Proficient in handling and analyzing complex financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Proficient in financial software and systems, including SAP or similar accounting packages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
