Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure account plans are aligned with business objectives
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial deals
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client accounts
• Meet and exceed sales targets to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and appointments
• Strong understanding of the accounting industry and its trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
