Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for the organization
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to keep accurate records
• Conduct reference checks and facilitate hiring processes

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
