ME Engineer (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance for product development and production processes.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to identify and implement continuous quality improvements.
• Consolidate and analyze relevant information and provide regular reports and updates to the supervisor.
• Review and optimize production processes by identifying bottlenecks, evaluating automation opportunities, and reducing manual processes.
• Conduct product planning, research, and quality investigations to improve product standards and performance.
• Establish and implement process controls to monitor and improve equipment performance and labor efficiency.
• Perform additional duties, assignments and follow organization’s structural arrangements required by the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), and organizational policies and procedure.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other engineering related disciplines。
• Open to fresh graduates, while candidate with past internship experience in manufacturing plant engineering will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
