Job Responsibilities

• Inspecting and verifying products against established quality standards
• Documenting all quality control processes and procedures
• Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or defects
• Implementing corrective actions to address identified defects
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintaining accurate records of all quality checks and processes
• Assisting in the training and development of new QC personnel
• Conducting regular quality checks on the production line
• Perform inspection checks on goods (incoming, in process, outgoing or new product) during production processes.
• Document and update inspection result in required formats. For instance NAV, FA template, outgoing report or customer portal.
• Ensure inspectors perform work as per required check sheet or customer specification.
• Quarantine and work with respective section for non-conforming parts that required rework and re-verification.
• Ensure equipment used are in good condition and are calibrated.
• Do up CMM program.

Job Requirements

• Possessing a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
• Demonstrating a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control roles
• Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of quality control standards and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Proficient in using relevant quality control tools and software (if applicable)
