- Person in charge of office management and admin & support function.
- This include but not limited to manage the correspondences & documentation from authorities & company secretaries, licensed service provider and office administration such as photocopier, water filter & building management office and etc.
- Good record keeping and tracking of business correspondence and office matters’ progress such as access card & system, general office repair & maintenance.
- Basic accounting knowledge as the work involves billing & collection, bank payment & documentation, documentation from auditor/regional offices.
- Be the key liaison with other internal stakeholders such as company secretary, accounting team and etc.
- Well versed in Mandarin and English is a must.
