Responsibilities
Brand Management
o Plan and execute Marketing and Communication strategies & plans
o Drive campaign implementation by working closely with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, & partners.
o Identify gaps and initiate plans to achieve business targets and brand objectives
o Ensure communications, marketing updates and tracking of projects are delivered timely
o Manage campaign budgets and expenses
Monitoring & Reporting
o Monitor restaurant sales and menu mix trending; and prepare regular reporting & analysis
o Monitor campaign result & effectiveness; and prepare post-campaign report
Menu & Pricing Strategies Development
o Work with all key stakeholders to roll out new product innovations
o Assist in menu & price change initiatives
Competitor Tracking & Analysis
o Keep track of competitor activities and trending and compile reports whenever required
General marketing support
o Participate & provide support to any ad-hoc or team projects, and on-ground activities as and when required (e.g. new store opening)
o Track and process marketing expenses
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the areas of Brand and Marketing experience
- Intermediate knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to analyse and translate data, trends and forecasts into actionable plans
- Passionate team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
- Basic copywriting, editing and proofreading skills will be an added advantage
