Job Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide product information, clarification on policies, and assist with order-related issues.
• Identify and escalate complex customer complaints to resolve within a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring seamless communication and account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and industry developments to provide expert advice.
• Work closely with sales teams to identify business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products.
• Analyze customer feedback and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet or exceed customer service metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with company initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field (communication, business, or marketing).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Strong product knowledge, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new information.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
