Job Responsibilities

• Designing engaging and effective math lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel inspired and encouraged to learn
• Preparing and delivering high-quality instruction consistent with educational standards
• Developing and grading assessments to effectively evaluate student progress and provide personalized feedback
• Maintaining accurate records of students’ performance and attendance Collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Keeping abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and incorporating them into lesson plans to keep the learning relevant and cutting-edge

Job Requirements

• Possessing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Math or Science related field
• Commit to conduct class every Saturday morning session except public holidays
• Demonstrating 1-3 years of experience teaching secondary-level mathematics
• Exhibiting competency in the CPA Teaching Method, with the ability to adapt lessons to different student needs, training will be provided
• Able to deliver class in Chinese and English
• Exuding patience and professionalism in managing a classroom effectively
• Adaptability and creativity to design and execute stimulating pedagogical methods
• A positive and supportive attitude is crucial to encourage a supportive learning environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
