Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible answering queries, providing advice/solutions and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

· Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

· Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services

· Providing excellent customer service and support, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise

· Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients

· Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

· To ensure timely collection.

Qualifications:

· SPM and above are welcome

· Possess own transportation

· Candidate with at least One/Two years of experience of sales experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

· Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven

· Must be fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
