Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Consultant to support the delivery of technology-driven solutions to corporate clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, proposing suitable digital solutions, and ensuring successful implementation in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Requirements Gathering

• Engage with corporate clients to understand business needs and challenges
• Conduct requirement analysis for digital solutions and system implementation
• Translate business requirements into functional solution proposals

2. Solution Design & Advisory

• Recommend suitable technology solutions (e.g., SaaS platforms, HR tech systems, digital tools)
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions
• Provide advisory on process improvement and digital transformation

3. Project Implementation Support

• Support end-to-end implementation of client solutions
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, and Operations teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding and system deployment

4. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and solution presentations
• Act as a trusted advisor for ongoing system usage and improvements

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare functional specifications, solution documents, and reports
• Maintain proper project documentation and client records
• Provide updates on project progress and client feedback

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in consulting, business analysis, or solution advisory
• Strong understanding of technology solutions / SaaS / system implementation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
