responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality management system documentation for automotive projects
• Conduct internal audits and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Analyse quality data and produce actionable reports
• Lead training sessions on QMS best practices
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions

requirements

• Bachelor or diploma in engineering
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in quality management for automotive
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and automotive standards such as IATF 16949
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools
