Operation Support Assistant (QEHS)

Responsibility:

• Responsible for conducting field (on-site) audit on outdoor and indoor cleansing activities, including safety compliance, to ensure that quality service is consistently maintained;
• Responsible for investigating Defect Notices and propose corrective actions to Operations Executive to prevent recurrence of similar complaints;
• Perform ad-hoc inspection to ensure compliances to regulatory requirements which includes dormitory,
• Conduct COJT and equipment training on site to ensure worker competencies are met
• Conduct monthly safety briefings for all sites to share information on EHS related matters
• Perform specialized cleaning jobs such as pandemic disinfection and chemical spillage clean-up
