Building Technician

- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company, complete the task assigned by manager/ assistant manager/ supervisor of the department.
- Responsible to self- safety, implement standard safety operation system.
- According to maintenance plan and inspection standard of public facilities and equipment, carry out daily management task of facilities and equipment.
- Use the materials required, save the cost of materials.
- Carry out supervision on the outsourcing maintenance units.
- Implement specific tasks of emergency plans.
- Participate the training organized by the department and company IT, improve the technical level.
- Carry out maintenance works according to the requirement in service order list.
- Record the reading the electric and water meter in public area; collect utilities bills, record the reading of electric and water of households.
- Do related work records.
