Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Global Positioning

  • Define and execute global brand strategy and positioning
  • Establish brand identity (premium / quant / EA-driven / low spread)
  • Drive differentiation (execution quality / performance capability)
  • Standardize brand visuals (VI) and content tone (professional / credible / data-driven)
  • 👉 Goal: Build a “trustworthy and profitable” brand perception

2. Global PR & Media Strategy

  • Build a global media ecosystem:
    • Tier-1 media (e.g. Reuters / Bloomberg)
    • Industry media (FX / Crypto)
    • KOLs & social media channels
  • Lead:
    • Press releases & PR campaigns
    • Brand events & industry exposure
    • Rankings & partnerships
  • 👉 Strengthen brand authority and credibility

3. User Growth & Conversion (Core)

  • Build and optimize a full-funnel growth model: Awareness → Content → Community → Signup → Deposit → Trading → Referral
  • Responsible for:
    • Performance marketing (Google / Meta / TikTok)
    • Content growth (short video / live streaming)
    • Conversion optimization (landing pages / funnel / onboarding)
  • 👉 Goal: Drive scalable user acquisition and AUM growth

4. IB & Channel Development

  • Design IB commission and incentive models
  • Build a global partner network (SEA / Middle East / LATAM)
  • Develop KOL-driven channel growth
  • 👉 Create scalable and viral growth channels

5. Product Marketing & Monetization

  • Lead go-to-market for key products:
    • Gold EA / automated trading
    • Copy trading systems
    • Quant strategies
  • Develop:
    • High-conversion product positioning
    • Real performance showcase (e.g. Myfxbook)
  • 👉 Improve conversion and trust

6. Data-Driven Growth & ROI

  • Manage key metrics: CPA / LTV / ROI
  • Optimize:
    • Channel mix
    • Budget allocation
    • Conversion funnel
  • 👉 Ensure measurable and scalable growth

7. Team Leadership

  • Build and lead cross-functional growth teams (media / performance / community / design)
  • Establish KPI and performance systems
  • 👉 Drive execution excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing / Finance / Media preferred)
  • 5–10 years in brand, growth, or marketing roles
  • Experience managing teams (10+ preferred)
