Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Core Messaging: Define and execute a clear global brand positioning and core communication pillars (e.g., trading security, deep liquidity, ultra-fast execution, and historical performance).
  • Visual & Brand Identity: Ensure strict consistency in branding and Visual Identity (VI) across all corporate touchpoints, including the official website, social media, and IB/partner marketing materials.
  • Expert Image Creation: Shape a cutting-edge, professional image within the online trading space, highlighting advanced features such as Gold EA (Expert Advisors) and quantitative trading strategies.

PR & Media Relations

  • Tier-1 Financial Media: Build, manage, and scale active relationships with global tier-1 financial media outlets and news agencies (e.g., Reuters, Bloomberg).
  • Vertical Media & Reviews: Deepen corporate partnerships and manage public relations with Forex/Crypto vertical review platforms, rating websites, and industry watchdog forums.
  • PR Campaign Execution: Plan and execute comprehensive PR campaigns, including press releases, executive interviews, corporate milestones, and industry award submissions to cement brand authority.

Content & Media Operations

  • Multi-Channel Ecosystem: Build, grow, and optimize the company’s official presence across major global networks, specifically the Website, Telegram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Structured Content Architecture: Develop and distribute high-value, structured content streams consisting of:
    • Market Insights: Daily/weekly technical and fundamental analysis of Gold (XAUUSD) and major FX pairs.
    • Strategy Showcases: Highlights, live track records, and backtesting results of automated trading/EA systems.
    • Investor Education: Systematic, multi-level educational courses tailored for both beginner and advanced retail traders.
  • Multi-Format Creation: Oversee the high-quality production of diverse content formats, including market commentary articles, short-form videos, live trading webinars, and community graphics.

Community & Conversion Funnel Operations

  • Community Management: Supervise and scale official and private community hubs across Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord, focusing on daily engagement and proactive crisis management.

  • Funnel Optimization: Design, track, and constantly refine the user conversion pathway:

    $$\text{High-Value Content} \longrightarrow \text{Community Incubation} \longrightarrow \text{Support/Sales Touchpoint} \longrightarrow \text{Account Opening \& Deposit}$$

  • Engagement Activations: Organize regular interactive online events, such as live market breakdown webinars, copy-trading showcases, and real-time trading strategy sharing sessions.

KOL & Partner (IB) Management

  • Influencer Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and manage regional and global financial KOLs, trading influencers, copy-traders, and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Partner Empowerment: Equit and empower external partners with standardized, high-conversion branding kits (including corporate PPT presentations, promotional videos, and premium analytical reports).
  • Compliance Control: Enforce strict messaging guidelines across all partner networks to ensure external marketing activities align with global financial regulations and brand compliance policies.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Full-Funnel Tracking: Continuously monitor and analyze critical brand performance indicators, including impressions, Click-Through Rates (CTR), engagement levels, conversion rates, and bottom-line deposit contributions.
  • Strategy Iteration: Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights to consistently optimize content topic selections, marketing channel distributions, and publishing schedules.

3. Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in global branding, media relations, PR, or digital content operations.
  • Industry Background: Must possess direct experience working with an FX/CFD broker, Crypto trading platform, or a notable financial technology/brokerage environment.

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Network & Resource Hub: Possess an existing, reliable network of international financial media contacts or localized financial influencers (prior exposure or network within the Middle East or Southeast Asia (SEA) markets is highly preferred).
  • Social Platform Expertise: Deeply understand the algorithms, growth mechanics, and viral trends of global social ecosystems (specifically YouTube, TikTok, X, and Telegram).
  • Content & Creative Skills: Strong creative storytelling capabilities, including scriptwriting for short videos and basic media editing or creative direction skills.
  • MarTech Tool Stack: Proficient in SEO principles, PR distribution wire services, and digital marketing/brand analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, Brandwatch).
  • Trading Industry Acumen: Solid understanding of FX/Gold trading mechanics, automated EA trading systems, and the IB/affiliate business model.

Soft Skills

  • Communication: Exceptional intercultural communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English is mandatory for global vendor, media, and agency coordination.
  • Drive & Resilience: Highly result-oriented, proactive, and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing financial industry environment.
