Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic Clinic) - RB (ID: 7895)

Responsibilities

* Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.

* Handle appointment scheduling, patient registration, and payment transactions.

* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic and treatment rooms.

* Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after procedures.

* Assist doctors and therapists during treatments when required.

* Manage stock inventory and replenish supplies when necessary.

* Ensure compliance with clinic hygiene and safety standards.

* (For sales-oriented candidates) Promote clinic treatments and products, provide consultation on available services, and follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

* Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.

* Prior experience in a clinic, spa, or aesthetic environment will be an advantage.

* Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to work on weekends and public holidays (with off-days on weekdays).

* Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
