Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, including site visits, meetings with stakeholders, and project timeline management
• Supervise and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance business growth and opportunities
• Manage and control project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of engineering projects
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Analyze and resolve engineering-related issues and problems, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain engineering documents, reports, and records, including project plans, progress reports, and quality control reports
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the engineering industry
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers and technicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organization skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
