Job Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and effective graphic designs that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to understand design requirements and objectives
• Create high-quality designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media platforms
• Design and develop brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography
• Develop and maintain a professional portfolio of work to showcase skills and experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Ensure consistency in design quality and branding across all marketing materials
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve design concepts

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong foundation in visual design principles, including color theory and composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and priorities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and technologies
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
